Big Dutchman Australia/New Zealand

About Big Dutchman Australia/New Zealand

Big Dutchman supports livestock producers across Australia and New Zealand with integrated systems for poultry and pig production — designed to improve efficiency, animal welfare, and operational reliability. As part of the global Big Dutchman group (founded in 1938), we combine engineering expertise with practical on-farm support to help producers modernise and scale sustainably. What we support: - Poultry production: solutions for broilers, layers, breeders, and egg production, covering feeding, drinking, housing equipment, and farm management systems. - Pig production: systems from farrowing to finishing, including feeding and housing equipment designed for productivity and animal welfare. - Farm management & monitoring: data-enabled management to support consistent performance and informed decisions (e.g., farm management systems introduced by Big Dutchman over the past decade). - Environmental solutions: manure and residue handling approaches that support cleaner operations and better resource management. Big Dutchman operates across five continents and is active in more than 150 countries, supporting producers with reliable service and long-term partnership.
