Return and Refund Policy

At Granulon, we design with purpose—and that includes how we handle returns. We stand by the quality of our sustainable footwear and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

You can return or exchange your Granulon item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unworn and unused.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • The item is not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

 
Note: Items showing signs of wear or damage due to use will not be accepted.

♻️ Sustainability Note
As a low-waste brand, we encourage thoughtful purchases. While returns are accepted, we aim to minimize unnecessary environmental impact through conscious buying and clear sizing guides.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@granulon.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using the label provided or your preferred courier.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll initiate your refund or exchange.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to reflect.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges for eligible items within the return window, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items worn or washed


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.

International Orders
At this time, we do not offer returns for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect. Contact us for assistance and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Fair Use Policy
To maintain a fair shopping environment, Granulon reserves the right to flag or restrict accounts with excessive or suspicious return activity.
